Now that everyone has had time to review the covenants, we will start coming through the neighborhood on a routine basis to make checks. If anyone is in violation, the first notification is a written warning. Second notifications will result in a fine. The covenants and by laws are available on this website.
The two most common violations that we observe or receive notifications about are trash bins and sidewalk obstructions. Trash bins should be stored in the garage or behind the fence. Sidewalk obstructions (either partially or fully obstructed) should not be left overnight.
We have a thriving neighborhood. We need everyone to help keep it that way. Please contact the board through this website if there are any questions. Thank you all for a great neighborhood!
