The POA Dues are $450.00 annually. POA dues invoices will go out each year in the last week of December and will be due by January 31 each year. Payment by check is the preferred method as electronic methods as Venmo and PayPal charge additional fees.
Property owners can pay by the following means:
- Mail checks to Creekside POA, 1051 Elizabeth Drive, Bentonville AR 72713.
- Venmo payment at @nwacreeksidepoa. Venmo charges 1.9% plus $0.10 fee per transaction. You must pay $ 458.81 if you use Venmo.
- To pay by PayPal, use the link below. PayPal charges 3.49% plus $0.49 fee per transaction. You must pay $466.78 if you use PayPal.
